Pulled the engine

So a very kind gentleman came over and helped me start the process of tearing down the Model A to really see what I have. We started the process of pulling parts and from what we initially saw it was clear that we needed to pull the engine so that we could disassemble it and get a full view of the condition of everything. And so he brought over his lift, and we pulled the engine out and stripped it down, and got it ready to send to the machine shop.

Starting to check things out
The crankshaft would turn in one direction but not the other direction — we later found that the distributor was frozen
Apparently there was some water leaking around a head bolt and a couple of the valves were stuck
After sitting for so long, the cylinders and pistons still looked pretty good
